Whenever I have been a part of a gathering that took a moment to be “silent” there always has been music playing. True silence seems to be so uncomfortable. Why do you think we are so uncomfortable being silent particularly in a corporate sense?

Does anybody know of any scriptures that speak to this topic of silence?
